Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The parties are also before us through video conferencing with whom we have interacted. Both appellant as well as his counsel submit that appellant would like to withdraw the family court appeal which has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 15th April, 2017 passed by the Learned Judge, Family Court No.2, Pune in Petition No.A 850/2014. It is submitted that parties have arrived at a settlement whereby and whereunder they would approach the concerned family court for dissolution of their marriage vide a decree of divorce by way of mutual consent.
3. In view of the above, we allow withdrawal of the appeal.
4. Appeal is accordingly closed.
5. Civil Application(s) are also disposed of.
