PER COURT:-

. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent

No. 1 had filed appeal against the order dated 18.03.2017 passed by

the Deputy Collector (Land Reforms) before the Additional Collector,

Beed. Under the impugned judgment the Additional Collector, Beed

partly allowed the said appeal. The learned counsel further submits

that the said order dated 18.03.2017 passed by the Deputy Collector

(Land Reforms) was challenged by respondent No. 2 by filing Writ

Petition No. 4900 of 2017 and this Court on 11.04.2017 had directed

status-quo be maintained in respect of disbursement of amount of

compensation of land Survey Nos. 22 and 95. The learned counsel

further submits that once the matter is subjudice before this Court, the

Deputy Collector ought not to have entertained the appeal at the behest

of present respondent No. 2, who is petitioner in writ Petition No. 4900
