2. Learned counsel Shri. Kulkarni submits that he is ready to deposit

70% of the amount of compensation.

3. The judgment and award passed by the 3 rd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior

Division, Osmanabad in L.A.R. No. 973/2011, dated 18/08/2014 is stayed

subject to the applicant depositing the entire amount of compensation within a

period of 12 weeks, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without

reference to this Court.
