2. Learned counsel Shri. Kulkarni submits that he is ready to deposit

70% of the amount of compensation.

3. The judgment and award passed by the Civil Judge, Senior

Division, Omerga in L.A.R. No. 321/2013, dated 14/03/2018 is stayed subject

to the applicant depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period

of 12 weeks, failing which the application shall stand dismissed without

reference to this Court.
