 PER COURT:

1. It is contended that in the judgment under

Review this Court held the executive instructions

issued by the applicant in the year 2016 to be

against the qualification prescribed under the

notification of 2018 by the NCTE. The executive

instructions would hold the field till

notification was issued by NCTE in the year 2018.

The notification of NCTE will not have the

retrospective effect for the selection made prior

to 2018 and would be governed by the executive

instructions issued by the State.

prior to 2017 is not placed on record.

3. Issue notice to respondents, returnable on

19.03.2021.
