1. Praecipe is moved by the appellant/M.S.R.T.C. with prayer seeking stay to the execution and implementation of impugned judgment and award passed by the learned M.A.C.T., Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No.539/2010 dated 9th March 2020.
2. Heard Miss Ayodhya Patki, the learned Counsel holding for Advocate Bhutekar.
3. The learned Counsel on instructions, states that the amount of award with interest will be deposited in M.A.C.T., Kolhapur within 3 weeks from today. Statement is accepted. In view of the

statement made, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a). If the applicant fails to deposit the amount of award with accrued interest within 3 weeks, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
