1. By this interim application, the applicant seeks a direction to the

Prothonotary and Senior Master to release a sum of

Rs.18,40,05,000/- along with interest at the rate of 4% p.a.

2. On behalf of MIDC, time is sought to take instructions.

request had been made which has been rejected in the case of LD-

VC-IA-No.1 of 2020 and the amount deposited with the

Prothonotary and Senior Master which fact is confirmed on

behalf of the MIDC.

3. In view thereof, Prothonotary and Senior Master to ascertain the

amount balance due in the Fixed Deposit Account with up-to-

date interest.
