 PER COURT :

1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

corrected proposal is submitted by the management to the Education

Officer (Secondary) seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from

unaided to aided post. The same is not yet decided.

2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for

all respondents.

3. In case the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the

petitioner from unaided to aided division (page 12) is pending with

respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide it on its own merits

in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within a period

of six months.

4. The Education Officer (Secondary) shall consider the judgment

delivered by this Court on 4th July, 2019 in writ petition No. 1493 of 2018

with connected writ petitions.

5. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
