Respondent No. 2 is served and to that effect affidavit of service will be filed

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has tendered across

the bar compilation of judgment/order. Relying upon the judgment at serial

no. 1 of compilation, passed by the Court of UAE, learned counsel submits

that the maintenance is awarded by the said Court and the Petitioner No. 1 is

willing to pay the maintenance amount. He further submits that the said

amount will be deposited in the Court at UAE. Statement accepted. List the

matter on 18.01.2021.
