PER COURT :
1. The appellant has been convicted for an offence
punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced
to suffer life imprisonment, vide judgment dated 31-10-2020,
delivered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nilanga, in
Sessions Case No. 04 of 2018.
2. The learned advocate for the appellant submits that he
would canvas the application for suspension of substantive sentence
and bail after the record and proceedings is received by this Court.
3. The appeal is ADMITTED. The learned prosecutor
waives service of notice on admission.
4. The learned trial Court is requested to transmit the

on 31-10-2020.
5. The application filed by the applicant would be
