 1.       The        learned           Counsel        for     the        petitioner

submits that the proposal seeking approval to the

appointment of the petitioner is pending with

respondent no. 4. The same is not yet decided.

2. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for

respondents no. 1 to 4.

3. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the

appointment of the petitioner (Page No. 19) is

pending with respondent no. 4, then respondent

no. 4 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in

accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and

preferably within a period of four (04) months.

The petitioner may refer to the judgments before

the Education Officer on which he relies.

4. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No

costs.
