1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff has invited the attention of

the Court to the judgment and order of the Supreme Court in Civil

Appeal No. 11260 of 2018 dated 22nd November 2018. By the said

order Summary Suit No.776 of 2014 (now numbered as 'Commercial

Summary Suit No.68 of 2014') and 105 of 2015 were disposed of in

terms of the settlement.

3. Hence, the instant suit already stood disposed of in terms of the Digitally signed by order of the Supreme Court. The registry to take note. Shraddha Shraddha K. Talekar K.
