4. Call Record and Proceedings from the trial Court.

5. Pending revision, execution of the impugned

sentence is suspended. Applicant is directed to be

released on bail on executing PR bond with same terms

and conditions, on which, he was granted bail, pending

appeal, but with fresh sureties. Bail bond to be

executed before the trial Court.
