In paragraph 13, the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sharad Bhirdhichand Sarda .vs. State of Maharashtra, (1984) 4 SCC 116 was referred to. However, paragraph 153 from the said judgment is not completely quoted due to ministerial error. Accordingly, entire para 153 is to be quoted.

The judgment and order is to be corrected to the aforesaid extent.
