. For the Reasons Separately Recorded, the following order is
passed
ORDER
1. The Appeal is partly allowed to the extent of modification of the sentence.
2. The conviction of the Appellant for the offence punishable under Section 376, 354 of IPC and Section 3(2) of the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori

Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 is hereby confirmed.
3. For the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC, the Appellant shall undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for seven years and shall pay fine of Rs.25,000/- and in default, shall undergo further Simple Imprisonment for three months.
4. The sentence awarded to the Appellant under Section 354 of IPC and Section 3(2) of the said Act is maintained.
5. The substantive sentences shall run concurrently.
6. The rest of the judgment stands confirmed.
