. The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the validation

proceeding would be decided within a period of three (03) months.

2. The Coram has now changed. The matter will have to be

re-heard.

3. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 09.04.2021.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period

of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

4. The impugned notice is quashed and set aside.

5. The respondents may take further course of action against the

petitioner depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the

committee in the validation proceeding.
