ORAL JUDGMENT :

1. The petitioner is before this court challenging the order dated

02/05/1997, by which, the Labour Court declined interim relief in

Complaint (ULP) No. 286/1996. The Revision (ULP) No. 23/1997, filed by

the petitioner before the Industrial Court was also dismissed.

2. It is apparent that the petitioner has challenged an interlocutory

order.

3. Considering the above, this petition is dismissed. Rule is

discharged.

4. Needless to state, if Complaint (ULP) No. 286/1996, is yet to be

decided by the Labour Court, Jalna, the same may be decided as

expeditiously as possible and preferably on/or before the 29th day of

December, 2017.
