JUDGMENT:

This appeal has been filed by the appellant/husband being

aggrieved against the order, dated 12.04.2010 passed in E.A.No.252

of 2007 in E.P.No.14 of 2006 in H.M.O.P.72 of 2000 on the file of the

Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Parvathipuram at

Vizianagaram.

2. In the morning session, at the time of mentioning,

mention was made on behalf of the appellant's counsel for

adjournment, but the same was not accepted the appeal being of the

year 2010, old one. He was asked to make a mention when the matter

was reached.

3. Case has been called. At this stage, there is no

representation on behalf of the appellant.

4. On 11.09.2024, the following order was passed:

                     "At   the     request     of     the
                     appellant's    counsel,   list    on
                     25.09.2024."

5. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
