This appeal is filed under Section 100 of C.P.C against the

Decree and Judgment in A.S.27 of 1994 dated 2.12.1998 on the

file of III Additional District Judge, Tirupathi confirmed by the

decree and Judgment in O.S.No.56 of 1989 dated 19.4.1994 on

the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Srikalahasti.

02. No representation on behalf of appellant, despite posting

the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that

appellant has no interest to proceed with the appeal.

03. In the result, the Appeal is dismissed for default. No order

as to costs.
