JUDGMENT:
1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the
appellant represented that they have addressed a letter to the appellant and
the said Registered letter was returned with an endorsement as "insufficient
address" and he further represented that necessary orders may be passed. It seems that the appellant is not inclined to prosecute the appeal. Learned
counsel representing on behalf of the respondents is present.
2. The representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant is
recorded.
3. Therefore, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall
stand closed.
