It was brought to the notice of this Court by the petitioners that some of the purchasers pendente-lite were added as respondent Nos.3 to 11, as per the orders of this Court, dated 14.12.2009, vide A.S.M.P.No.1359 of 2009. It was contended that a copy of sale deed along with all relevant documents were enclosed with the petition filed by the petitioners in I.A.No.1 of 2024. It seems that in such a case, no prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if this application is ordered.
