counsel for the respondent stated that the main suit in O.S.No.57 of 2014 was

partly decreed by judgment dt.18.02.2022 by the IV Additional District Judge,

Tanuku, West Godavari District.

In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
