Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present case is covered by the Judgment of a Division Bench of this Court, dated 10.05.2024, in W.P.Nos.8648 of 2019 & batch.

Smt. A. Jayanthi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the facts in this case are different from the facts that arose in W.P.Nos.8648 of 2019 & batch. She would submit that the Orders in said case were passed on the basis of the record which was produced before this Court.

In the circumstances, the record relating to the recruitment process as well as the termination of the recruitment shall be placed before this Court by the next date of hearing.

Registry is directed to print the name of Sri Vivekananda Virupaksha for the petitioners.
