                       Considering the submissions made, there
               shall be a stay of all further proceedings including
               execution of the Judgment and Decree dated
               11.09.2024 passed in O.S No.94 of 2017 on the file
               of the Court of XV Additional District Judge, Krishna
               District at Nuzvid, subject to the condition, the
               petitioner/appellant depositing half of the decreetal
               amount including costs and interest within a period
               of eight (08) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy
               of    this    Order.       On      such       deposit,    the
               respondent/plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the

same.
