                           I.A.No.1 of 2024
                               IN/AND
WRIT APPEAL NO: 754 OF 2023

Between:

THE REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER AND 2 OTHERS ...APPELLANTS
                                     AND

Counsel for the appellants: GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION (AP)

Counsel for the respondents 1 to 7: V. VINOD K REDDY

The Court made the following:

I.A. No.1 of 2024 is filed seeking condonation of 1633 days delay

in preferring the present appeal against the judgment and order dated

27.12.2018 in W.P. No.22879 of 2018.

2. What is stated in paragraph No.4 of the condonation of delay

application is the only explanation rendered for seeking condonation of

delay and is reproduced herein below:-

"I further humbly submit that, at the time of passing of the order by the Hon'ble Learned Single Judge the districts were not bifurcated. But subsequently on 03.04.2022 the Chittoor District has been bifurcated and a new district has been formed as Tirupati District. Hence, the appellant 1 & 2 being 3rd parties to the writ petition has filed an application for leave, as the property situated within the jurisdiction of Tirupati."

3. We are not at all satisfied with the explanation rendered which

would have enabled us to condone the delay of 1663 days in the present

matter.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 of 2024 is dismissed. Consequently, the

Writ Appeal is also dismissed. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
