Heard the learned counsel for the petifioners/Ai & Ag.
Perused the record,
This application is fled under Section 387(4) of Cr.P.c, seeking
suspension of sentence and release the petitioners/A1 & AZ on hall,
Soth Courts below concurrently found the petitioners/Al & AS
guilly for the offence punishable under Sectlans 420, 488 read with 34 of
the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petifoners/Ai & A2 submits that in
obedience to the judgment of the Appellate Court, the petitioners/A'4 &
As are now In prison serving the sentence.
Since the revision and its disposal would take same tire, and after
considering the submissions, this petition is allowed, suspending the
sentence passed by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Kakinada,
in Criminal Appeal No.14 of 2020, dated 05.07.2024, The pettioners/At &
A2 shall be released on ball on their executing personal bond for a sum:
of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a
like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned IV Additional Judicial
First Class Magistrate-cum-lV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada.
