JUDGMENT:-

      Sri P. Rama Bhoopal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner

has submitted a letter dated 14.09.2022 to the Registrar Judicial,

Andhra Pradesh High Court, on record submitting as follows:

             "We have filed the writ petition No.16773 of 2018. The

      petitioner addressed a letter dated 08.09.2023 to withdraw the

      above writ petition. The copy of the letter enclosed herewith.

             Hence, I request your kind authority to list the mater in

      tomorrow's list under the caption of 'for Withdrawal'."

      Sri P. Rama Bhoopal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

      Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall also stand closed.
