                      Heard Sri.K.V.L.Narsimha Rao, learned
                 counsel for the appellant.
                      This appeal is directed against the
                 impugned       judgment         and     decreedated
                 08.05.2023 passed in OS No.20 of 2014, on
                 the file of the Court of III Additional District
                 Judge, Bhimavaram.
                      The sole defendant in the suit is the
                 appellant    herein.    The     suit   is    filed   for
                 declaration that the plaintiffs are the absolute
                 owners of the property and recovery of
                 possession     and     consequential        injunction,
                 which was allowed with costs.
                      Considering       the    submissions          made,
                 there shall be interim stay against the
                 operation of the impugned judgment and
                 decreedated 08.05.2023 passed in OS No.20
                 of 2014, on the file of the Court of III
                 Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram, for a
                 period of three (3) weeks.
                      Meanwhile,         issue    notice       to     the
                 respondents.

Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to take out personal notice to the respondents and file proof of service in the Registry.

Post the matter after two(2) weeks.
