O.S.No.21 of 2002 is a suit seeking for declaration that the registered sale deed dated 15.11.2001 is null and void and for permanent injunction. By a judgment dated 03.08.2009, learned Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle dismissed the suit.

Aggrieved by that, plaintiffs preferred the first appeal. Appearance was made on both sides. Proceeding sheet would indicate that at one point of time in the year 2013, it was heard in part. This matter has been coming up for hearing.
