                     Criminal Petition No.10779 of 2015

ORDER:

The present criminal petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in CC

No.480 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional Junior Civil Judge,

Guntur.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no

representation on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned

Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that CC No.480 of 2014

was already disposed of and the case ended in acquittal vide judgment dated

23.07.2019.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Public

Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall

stand cancelled.
