                APPEAL SUIT No.2 of 2007

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 8 is present.

On the last occasion i.e., on 02.11.2023, when the

matter was listed for under the caption 'For Dismissal', there

was no representation on behalf of the appellant.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the

appellant.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No

costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,

shall stand closed.
