                   CONTEMPT CASE No.1279 OF 2023

JUDGMENT:-


      This contempt case is filed for non compliance of the

order dated 21.11.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.30327

of 2022.


2.    3rd respondent has filed a memo vide U.S.R.No.33824 of

2023 today seeking exemption from the personal appearance of

the 3rd respondent.

3. The 4th respondent - M. Jaswant Rao, Commissioner,

Tenali Municipality is present.

4. An affidavit has also been filed by the 3rd respondent,

Special Chief Secretary to Government, Finance Department,

A.P. Secretariate, Amaravati inter alia submitting in para No.7

that the bills have been cleared and the amount has been paid

to the petitioner on 06.03.2023. The entire amount has been

paid to the petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 21.11.2022,

passed by this Court in W.P.No.30327 of 2022 has been

complied with though there is some delay, which is condoned.

6. The personal appearance of the respondent No.3 is

dispensed with.

7. The notices issued to the respondents 3 and 4 are

discharged.

8. The contempt case is closed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
