CONTEMPT CASE No.1276 OF 2023
JUDGMENT:-
This contempt case is filed for non compliance of the
order dated 14.11.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.30244
of 2022.
2. The affidavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent, Special
Chief Secretary to Government, Finance Department, A.P.
Secretariate, Amaravati inter alia submitting in para No.7 that
the bills have been cleared and paid to the petitioner on
06.03.2023 and some bills have been paid to the petitioner on
27.03.2023. The entire amount has been paid to the petitioner.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 14.11.2022,
passed by this Court in W.P.No.30244 of 2022 has been
complied with some delay which is condoned.
4. 3rd respondent has filed a memo vide U.S.R.No.34084 of
2023 today seeking exemption from the personal appearance of
the 3rd respondent. The 4th respondent - M. Jaswant Rao,
Commissioner, Tenali Municipality, as the order has been
complied with, the personal appearances of the respondents 3
and 4 are dispensed with for today.
5. In view of the compliance of the order dated 14.11.2022,
passed by this Court in W.P.No.30244 of 2022, notices issued to
the respondents 3 and 4 are discharged.
6. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any
pending, shall also stand closed.
