1. The controversy, as involved, in the present Writ Petition, challenging G.O.Ms. No. 7, dated 08.04.2022, is also involved in batch of Writ Petitions, in which the "judgment" is reserved.
2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that, there is no need to file the counter affidavit, in as much as they already filed a counter affidavit in the matters, which are reserved.
3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also submits that, he is also adopting the arguments as advanced in the Writ Petitions.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is "reserved for judgment".
5. As in those petitions, the following interim order is continuing, the same interim order is granted in the present Writ Petition, to continue till delivery of judgment.

7. As an interim measure it is provided, that the respondents shall not take any coercive steps including disconnection for not making the payment of the Electricity duty
as per the G.O.Ms.No.7 dated 08.04.2022, provided that the petitioner shall make the payment of the duty @ Rs.0.06 per unit, and shall also clear the pending dues of duty @ Rs.0.06 if any.
8. It is further clarified that this interim order is not with respect to any other electricity dues payable by the petitioner, if any".
