                           The   present       Writ     Petition    is    filed

                   questioning        the      impugned         proceedings

dated 17.03.2023 issued by the 4th respondent,

wherein the 4th respondent has suspended the

authorization of the petitioner under Clause

8(4) of the Control Orders, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has

submitted that in the impugned order dated

17.03.2023, the alleged variance pointed out

for MDM sortex Rice is (-) 17.00 quintals,

however in receipts column the same is shown

as nil. He further submits that the

authorization of the petitioner was suspended,

without conducting any enquiry and without

issuing any notice, which is contrary to the

observations made by this Court in catena of

Judgments.

Considering the submissions of the

learned counsel for the petitioner, the

impugned proceedings dated 17.03.2023 of the

4th respondent is suspended, pending further

orders.

Post after four(4) weeks.
