Learned counsel for revision-petitioner submitted that CRP Nos.2428, 2429, 2430 and 2431 of 2015 are connected to this application and they may be heard along with the present revision-petition.

It appears that the suit in O.S.No.85 of 2007 on the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court, Vizianagaram was 'Dismissed' on 28.10.2019 as per the Judgment of the Trial Court.

In that view of the matter, Registry is

directed to list all the CRPs viz., CRP Nos.2428,

2429, 2430 and 2431 of 2015 and list the matter

under the caption 'FOR ORDERS' and post on

15.03.2023.
