                 Contempt Case No.3743 of 2023

JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner was closed after filing

of this Contempt Case in compliance with the direction given by

this Court in the Writ Petition and thereby prayed to close the

Contempt Case.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. No

costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any,

shall also stand closed.
