CONTEMPT CASE No. 2275 of 2023
JUDGMENT:
Sri P. Shashidhar, learned counsel, representing Sri C. Suman, learned
counsel for the respondents 1 & 3, Sri P. Shashivardhan, learned counsel,
representing respondent No.2 and Sri Ch. Rayan Abhishek, learned counsel,
representing Sri M. Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 6,
submit that the order of the Writ Court has been complied and the payment has
been made to the petitioner and cleared on 26.06.2023.
2. Sri P. Rama Koteswararao, learned counsel, representing Sri Bathala
Ramesh, submits that the amount has been received by the petitioner.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the Court considers it not necessary any
more to proceed further against the respondents in the contempt case taking a
lenient view.
4. The Contempt Case is closed. Notices issued to the respondents are
discharged.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in
consequence.
