JUDGMENT:

1. When the matter is taken up for hearing Sri.Y.V.Anil Kumar,

learned counsel for appellant/defendant submitted that he filed

the appellant/defendant.

2. Learned counsel for respondent/plaintiff is present and reported

no objection.
