JUDGMENT:-

1.    This writ petition was filed for a direction to the

respondents to release the payment of the petitioner under the

bills for the work executed under the agreement.

2. Sri S.Lakshminarayana Reddy, learned Standing counsel

for the respondent Nos.4, 5 and 7 submits that the payment has

been made to the petitioner.

3. Ms. R.Sudha, learned counsel, representing Sri Pithani

Chandra Sekhara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that she has instructions of the petitioner to submit

that the payment has been received.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed.

No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any

pending, shall also stand closed.
