APPEAL SUIT No.853 OF 2018

JUDGMENT:-

Learned counsel for the appellant represents and seeks

permission to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the matter is

settled out of Court. He also represents that he received

instructions from the appellant to withdraw the appeal and he filed

the letter of the appellant in the Registry.

2. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the appellant is

permitted to withdraw the appeal.

3. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as

to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
