O.S.No.709 of 1989 is a suit for permanent injunction. After due trial by a Judgment dated 01.10.1996 learned Prl.District Munsif, Kadapa decreed the suit in favour of the plaintiffs. The said Judgment was modified in A.S.No.82 of 1996 by Judgment dated 15.3.1999 by learned District Judge, Kadapa. Aggrieved plaintiffs preferred this Second appeal.

On 12.10.2001 learned Judge of this Court admitted the Second appeal.

Therefore, the mater has been coming up for final hearing.

No representation on both sides. For hearing finally list the matter on 10.01.2024.
