of Judgment before the Court below, which is evident from the cause title of the Judgment. But, inadvertently in the appeal memorandum that is not mentioned.

As per the note placed by the Registry,

and 7. Learned counsel for the appellant brought to the notice of the Court that there is a track report pertaining to respondent No.6. So there is a service of notice on respondent Nos.1, 4, 6 and 7 and the respondent No.5 was died already.

Hence, list the appeal for final hearing on 21.08.2023, along with the connected appeal.
