This Criminal Petition has been pending for the last twelve years. Due to the stay granted by this Court at the earliest, the trial could not be completed by the Trial Court.

In view of the Apex Court's Judgment, in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another v. Central Bureau of Investigation (2018) 16 SCC 299 stay is not in force. The learned Magistrate is directed to proceed with the trial.

List the matter on 01.05.2023.
