have no objection for condoning the delay in filing this appeal by the claimants.
This petition is filed by the claimants to condone the delay of 571 days in preferring the appeal against the decree and judgment in M.V.O.P. No.166 of 2014 dated 03.10.2016, on the ground that 1st petitioner/widow of the deceased was suffering from jaundice, due to that she could not meet her advocate to prefer an appeal. For the reasons stated in the affidavit of the 1st petitioner as the respondent Corporation has no objection for allowing the petition, the delay in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.
