JUDGMENT:

1. When the matter is taken up for hearing at 12.30 hours, none

appeared on either side and the matter is passed over till

afternoon session.

2. Even when the matter is taken up in the afternoon session also,

none appeared on either side. Despite listing the matter under

the caption 'for dismissal', the appellants have not getting ready.

It seems that the appellants have not shown any interest to

prosecute the appeal.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default without costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall

stand closed.
