            CIVIL MISCELLENOUS APPEAL No.771 OF 2017

JUDGMENT:

1. On 02.03.2023, 31.03.2023 & 03.04.2023 also, there was

no representation for appellant.

2. Despite passing conditional orders and posting the matter

under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation

for appellant even today.

3. Under these circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to

costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, stands

closed.
