                 APPEAL SUIT No.284 OF 2009

JUDGMENT:

When the matter is called in the morning session, none

appeared on both sides.

2. The matter is passed over till 2.15 P.M. When the matter is

called at 2.15 P.M, no representation is made on behalf of the

appellant.

3. Despite listing the matter under the caption "for dismissal",

the appellant is not getting ready. It seems that the appellant has

not shown any interest to prosecute the appeal.

4. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default without costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
