                   APPEAL SUIT No.55 of 2007

JUDGMENT:

When the matter was called on 09.03.2023, there was no

representation on either side. The matter was posted on

28.03.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". The matter is

again called on this day i.e., on 03.04.2023.

2. There is no representation on either side even today, as

the appellants do not appear to be interested in prosecuting the

appeal.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There

shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in

this appeal, shall stand closed.
