This application has been filed under Section 389(1) Cr.P.C along with the Criminal Appeal in the year 2014 seeking suspension of the operation of the judgment dated 09.04.2013 passed in SC.No.148 of 2012 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam.

Since we are inclined to hear the main appeal itself, we do not deem it appropriate to consider this application at this length of time.
